Dance has always been a part of my life. From taking lessons as a child, than teaching after college, and appearing on two national network dance shows. Dance has helped me lose weight and make my mind feel great!
After 14 years of teaching, I wanted to create a program that combined my love of dance and confidence coaching into a workout. There was born "ConFiDANCE"!
